Sanober has over 20 years of experience delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals, children, couples, and families. She specialises in psychological assessments for children and adolescents, including Autism, ADHD, and intellectual disabilities, and supports families with NDIS access and school placement.
In her therapy work, Sanober helps clients manage anxiety, trauma, low self-worth, relationship challenges, and emotional regulation, drawing on a range of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy, and EMDR.
She has extensive experience supporting clients through WorkCover, CTP, DVA, and Victim Services. As an ex-military psychologist, she has a particular focus on trauma support for veterans and families referred through DCJ.
She creates a safe and supportive space where you can explore your experiences, deepen self-understanding, and navigate challenges with confidence. She brings a warm, collaborative approach and is committed to helping clients feel understood, empowered, and supported throughout their journey. She is fluent in Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, and English, and is experienced in supporting clients from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds with sensitivity and respect.
Additionally, Sanober offers supervision for provisional and registered psychologists, helping them grow their therapeutic and assessment skills.
