Lisa is a Provisional Psychologist registered with AHPRA, currently working towards full registration. She provides compassionate, client-centred support to children, adolescents, and adults across a range of mental health concerns.
She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional and behavioural difficulties, relationship challenges, grief and loss, trauma, and life transitions. Lisa takes a collaborative approach, helping clients build insight, strengthen resilience, and develop practical strategies to navigate challenges.
Her therapeutic work draws on evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies, tailored to each individual’s needs. Lisa is known for her warm, supportive approach and creates a safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
