Lachlan is currently completing his Honours (4th year) in a Bachelor of Psychology at Western Sydney University. He has undertaken additional training in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, SafeTALK, and Accidental Counsellor.
With over five years of experience working with young people and individuals with disabilities, Lachlan has developed strong communication and interpersonal skills through roles in career counselling, coaching, and sport. He is skilled in building rapport, understanding individual needs, and providing consistent, person-centred support.
In his role at San Psych, Lachlan brings a calm, empathetic, and approachable manner, ensuring clients feel heard, respected, and supported from their first point of contact. He plays an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience across all interactions with the practice.
Lachlan has a broad interest in psychology and its application to everyday life, particularly in mental health, relationships, and personal development. Outside of work, he enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through the gym and basketball, as well as spending time with loved ones and continuing to learn and grow.
